Returns
You have 180 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:

- Items marked as final sale or clearance

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As per the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their orders within 14 days of receiving the goods. During this cooling-off period, they can return their items for a full refund, including standard shipping costs (if applicable).

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damage and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. However, we have discounted return postage agreements with DPD, DHL, and FedEx. Contact us to take advantage of these discounted rates.
